Linc loves art. In fact, his favorite present was his very own ream of paper! (That and the enormous can of fruit cocktail...it was a toss up.)
Lincoln is happiness. I feel like this grouchy little baby has flip-flopped and he has turned into such a love-able, wonderful kid. He is still very much his own person. He knows what he likes, and what he doesn't and he is very difficult to sway (something I secretly love about him), but he has really matured this past year into a fun-loving mature little kid. Lincoln adores his brothers. If any of them are ever in trouble, he is right there, pleading their cases for them. I doesn't like it if anyone has to go to bed early, or sit out for part of a meal. He liked us to all be together. Linc LOVES family home evening. He gets really sad if we miss. Whenever I go to help in his class at school, or in primary, he breaks away from whatever he is doing to give me a quick hug and kiss.
I really do adore this big six-year-old and I can't wait to watch him grow! Happy Birthday Linc!
Six years old!
The goods.
In our family we do presents early in the morning and then celebrate with cake at night. I think Dan and I are as anxious as the kids are for them to see their presents! I do think, that the early morning thing is a little rough on Ellie though. She did well for Logan's birthday, but a few days later, getting up early again was just too much for her!
Linc's somewhat pathetic birthday cake. He loves fruit, so we thought we'd do an angel food cake with strawberries on top...he did love it, it just didn't look very pretty!
Love you Sweetie!
