Beautiful Presents and Kids

Every year Dan and I agree to buy each other one or two simple presents, and every year I fall for his trick. I go forward with our plan, while he completely breaks the rules and spoils me. This year will be no different, although I really did try with his gift! That is a whole different story though. :) Dan brought my presents home early a few days ago because he'd asked some of the cute ladies he works with to wrap them all pretty for me and he really wanted to see how great they looked under the tree! They were so pretty, I had to pull out my camera and take a few pictures. I don't know how I'm even going to open these, I don't want to ruin the paper! So, in honor of those sweet women, Jamila and Marcia, here are the beautiful presents you wrapped. Thank you!!!

I love this next picture. I had asked Logan to vacuum and then move the ottoman back to where it belongs. It is pretty big and heavy and I just wanted to see how he'd handle the situation. He didn't whine, he figured if it were too big for one boy to move, he'd just have to round up some help. Even Ellie did her share! It does a Mother's heart good to see her kids working together!

All of my kids like to help me cook. It's fun...MOST of the time. :)

Those gorgeous presents put my sad wrapping job to serious shame.

Oooo those are pretty! Tell Dan that I want to hire his ladies to decorate my house for Christmas. =0)
Can't wait to see what's in the packages (if you can bear to open them)!

I got Joe one present--and he went and spoiled me too. Although not will absolutely gorgeous wrapping, since some are un-wrapped underneath the tree.
