Lovin' the Break!

This has been a wonderful week. The kids didn't have any school, (thank you spring break!) and as luck would have it, neither did I. I have had a break from classes and more time to spend with them. We drove up to Atlanta for the first few days to visit our dear friends there and then met some other friends at the Chatanooga zoo on the way home yesterday. It's been a lot of fun. Diana and I share an interest and we talked photography and took pictures together all week. Thanks for all your help and advise Dia! Here are a few of my favorites from a trail close to Diana's house. I'll post zoo pictures this weekend sometime. We had fun, but it's nice to be home with Dan again. I think no one would agree more than Ellie. When she first saw him, she squealed with excitement, hugged him at least fifty times, and paid no attention to anyone else. Dan was in heaven. :)
Well, here are a few.......

The kids kept finding these huge branches and heaving them over the sides of the bridge. Why not huh?

I always wonder what Linc is thinking. He always has a face for me.

I snapped this shot right after Ellie tripped on a stick and landed on the bucket you see in the picture.

Here is the fat lip that showed up about ten seconds later. :(

I liked this forest shot with the sunburst. Shooting at the sun is becoming something I like a lot.

The Chattanooga Aquarium is pretty fun, it's really big 3 or 4 levels if I remember right.
