I love little kids in sun hats! I bought a few different ones to dress Ellie in this summer. She is so little, and the hats are so big! I just think it's a beautiful combination. On top of that, there is this old fallen tree I pass every week on the way to church. I've been dying to stop by and take some pictures. I haven't figured out the lighting for direct sun yet and I have more shadowed faces than I'd like to, but I still got some that I really love. I'll post just my faves here, and the rest on my photo blog. These were both a few those "Life is Beautiful" days.

Cool artistic setting! I like it. And little girl sunhats are my favorite thing. Ellie looks adorable.
And Lincoln! Bad! I guess he didn't remember my panic attack after Hailey's run-in with the scissors or he would have known better!! The good news is, it should grow out in a month. Hailey's is almost to the point where you can't tell (8 ridiculous months later).
