Here They Come!

I promised you a bombardment of pictures and even though they are slow in coming, I am happy to bring it on! Please understand that I haven't edited any of these. I've been doing all of my editing on pictures I've taken for my photoblog, and since I am so used to editing most of what I put up, this is weird for me. It's also kinda nice. Much less work.
Anyway.......we had a fantastic trip. I can say that now that I have recovered from the drive! It was so good to be with family. We didn't have as much time as I would have liked to visit with everyone, but still, we felt overwhelmed with love for our family and friends.
We spent the first part of the trip with Abuela and Abuelo. The kids spent a lot of their time outside playing in the snow, and inside reeking havoc on the house. It was a blast. We also got to travel down with them and meet my sister Liz and Dan's brother's family at Temple Square to see the lights. It was beautiful, I have always loved the lights.
Can you believe though, that I forgot to bring my camera? I was crushed actually, but Liz remembered hers, and she was kind enough to be our photographer for the evening. The good thing about that was, that I am actually in a few of the pictures. (If you want to call that a good thing!)
Anyway, enough rambling. I think Dan would actually like to make it to bed sometime tonight, so I will post some pic's and be gone. I'll be back with the rest of our trip hopefully tomorrow!

People always tell me that Liz is a tall blonde version of me. She thinks that I am a short brunette version of her. Either way, we are definitely related!
