I never got a good portrait of Logan to match the other kids, so on Saturday I dressed him and Ellie nice and took them out to a wooden fence up the road attempt a few shots. (I wanted to try Ellie's again because I didn't like hers the first time!)
Everything was going great at first. Logan was listening and trying to smile for me, and Ellie was being patient too, until two humongous dogs came up to the fence and started sniffing my kids through the slats! I had no idea there were dogs in that yard, and they scared me to death. Logan wouldn't do a thing after that, he just wanted to see the dogs and Ellie was right there with him, trying to stick her fingers through the cracks! Needless to say, I did get a few pictures I liked, but it was a short shoot.

If you look closely you can see the fur of one of the dogs through the fence. This was right when they came up and started sniffing.
...aaaaand we're out.

LOVE that third one down of Logan. Good job! Whohoo! (not that I didn't like the others though. You knew that. right?)
