With the swine flu scare going throughout Madison County, all of us with young children have been spending a lot of time at home. Add to that a very rainy day, and there was nothing for me to do (besides housework, but really...who wants to do that?) but practice some shots of my kids with my boards. I haven't done much with my black board, so I played around with them, plus I got some sweet pictures of Ellie standing! Her first standing photos. I guess she is more "propped" up against the window, but she was holding herself up, so it counts! :)
By the way, trying to get portraits with four young children swarming around you is like trying to keep up with my ironing pile....nearly impossible! It was pretty funny. I was trying to contain everyone, keep my boards up, make the child happy whose turn it was, and figure out my camera (which I'm still trying to do) all at the same time! Sheesh. I'm tired. Here are the pictures, I'm going to go take a nap!
