Christmas

After Ellie's blessing day we (including Abuela and Abuelo) got everything ready for Christmas! We had many plans with much less time than we thought to accomplish them. But still, it was so fun! Christmas is always better with family. Thank you Buela and Buelo for coming and for all of your help too! We also got to celebrate Buelo's birthday during their trip, and Buela got to hold Ellie a lot. We miss you both! Here are some of my favorite Christmas pictures.

Making gingerbread houses with graham crackers.

Testing out my Christmas present from Dan....a new zoom lens, yay!

My mom actually sent these jammies for Lincoln, but Owen loved them and I had to laugh when he put them on.........see any similarities here? His big blue eyes show up better in person, than in this picture.

Here's the jammies my mom sent Logan, and about two minutes later they were on Linc's body. They have a lot of green on them, which happens to be his favorite color. Luckily, Logan is good at sharing.      :)

Spoiled little boys. They were very good this year.

Coming down the stairs Christmas morning....

Stockings on the bed.

I tried something new this year. I made our Christmas pajama's myself (with the help of at least five calls to my mother). We made some for Buela and Buelo too. It turned out fun, and I realized that sewing isn't as scary as I thought!

Christmas Eve. "......the children were nestled all snug in their beds..."
Can you see what Logan is reading to his brothers? Very fitting I thought.

Our little family in our jammies.

I LOVE your jammies! I decided after this year searching high and low for pjs that I liked (and never really found) that I am going to make them from now on. And I figure if I want them by Cmas next year I'd better get started now!
