Silly Logan just turned five!
Well, It's birthday month in our family and today was Logan's turn! He turned five years old, "goin' on six" he told me. I can't picture our lives with out Logan. He is such a happy, thoughtful and fun boy. He takes very good care of his little brothers and is almost always willing to share with them. Logan's favorite things are: pirates, dinosaurs, friends, animals and family home evening (especially when he's in charge of the lesson). Like I said, he's always very helpful. The other day I asked him to quickly run upstairs and grab a diaper for baby O; he zipped right up, shouting, "I'll be back in a Gypsie!" It took me a moment to figure out that he meant to say "Jiffy!" Logan loves to be with his Daddy. He loves using his imagination. We love him very much and thank our Father in Heaven every day that He was willing to let such a special boy be a part of our family!
When he was born, he was five weeks early, and as healthy as can be. When we took him home from the hospital, he weighed only 4 lb 12 oz. We used to call him our "little burrito" when he was wrapped up in his blankets, he was so tiny!
Happy and smiley from the start! Logan used to bounce so much when he was little, that I would have to pass him to someone else after a while. He would bounce for hours!
His first love, besides Mommy and Daddy, was trucks. Logan used to play with trucks all day long!
After a while, his love of trucks matured into a love for fire trucks. Here he is at his third birthday party. We had it at the local fire station. Logan was in heaven!
I'd say about three pictures out of five, show Logan with his tongue sticking out. He loves to have fun and play with his brothers! He is a sweet, silly boy. Happy Birthday!

Happy Birthday little Logan (ohh, don't tell him I called him little)! I was just looking at some old photos and found some of him when he was a baby. They just brought back so many memories!
Happy Birthday, Logan! (My first was only 5 lb. 11 oz. when he was born. Hard to believe they were ever that little!!!)
I love Logan's shirt in the first picture! I know he's already betrothed to Leah, but I want to have another girl just so we can snag one of those cute Kanigan boys into our family! Happy BIrthday, Logan!
i can't believe it has been 5 years...i remember when jeff told me he was born. it's crazy that our husbands have been graduated for 5 years now!
Wow! Our babies are growing right up. My Brooklyn will be 5 in May. Whew, don't time fly?! He is such a cute kid. I am so excited to see you in May!!!!!! I hope it still works out for everyone. Oh, and guess what, Aubrey's birthday is Feb. 22nd too. Happy b-day to Dan too:) Loves and Have a great day!!
